藏药制剂康速能补胶囊的药效学研究

Pharmacodynamics of Tibetan Agent KangSu NengBu Capsule

目的:观察康速能补胶囊补肾壮阳,提高机体免疫功能的作用机制。方法:采用氢化可的松造成小鼠肾阳虚模型法,观察去势雄性大鼠阴茎勃起潜伏期、附性器官指数以及正常雄性鼠交配能力,研究其壮阳作用;通过小鼠炭末廓清实验和小鼠溶血素测定实验研究其免疫作用。结果:康速能补胶囊能升高氢化可的松肾阳虚模型小鼠降低的体温、体质量;延长游泳时间;提高自主活动的总次数;缩短去势雄性大鼠阴茎勃起时间,提高大鼠前列腺+精液囊和提肛肌的脏器指数;有增强大鼠交配能力的趋势,延长去势雄性大鼠阴茎勃起潜伏期,提高小鼠的耐缺氧能力,增强小鼠非特异性和体液免疫功能。结论:康速能补胶囊具有补肾壮阳、增强抗应激能力,提高机体免疫力的作用。

Objective： To observe the mechanism ofKangSu NengBu capsule whether it could invigorate kidney and Yang as well as improve immtmity. Method： Models with kidney-Yang deficiency were established with hydrocor- tisone. Incubation period of penis erection, accessory sexual organ index and mating ability of normal mice were ob- served to study the function of invigorating Yang; charcoal clearance test and hemolysin test were performed to study the immunization. Result： KangSu NengBu capsule can raise body temperature and weight of mice models; prolong swimming time; increase total times of autonomic activities; shorten the time of penis erection, improve organ indexes such as prostate, samenblase and levator ani muscle of rats; enhance mating ability, prolong incubation period of penis erection, improve hypoxia tolerance of mice, strengthen nonspecific and humoral immune function of mice. Conclu- sion： KangSu NengBu capsule has the function of invigorating kidney and Yang, enhancing anti-excitability ability and raising immunity.
