临床干预对妇科术后下肢深静脉血栓形成的影响

Influence of Clinical Intervention on Deep Vein Thrombosis of Legs after Gynecological Operation

目的:通过临床干预减少妇科术后下肢深静脉血栓的形成。方法:将2011年1月至10月在我院妇科手术治疗患者386例作为观察组,行术后早期强化预防血栓的临床干预;回顾性地将2010年1月至l2月在我院妇科手术治疗患者360例采用基本生活护理者设为对照组,对比分析2组血栓发生情况。结果:观察组386例发生血栓2例,对照组360例发生血栓10例。结论:临床干预对预防妇科术后下肢深静脉血栓形成效果显著。

Objective： To reduce deep vein thrombosis of legs after gynecological operation through clinical intervention. Method： All 386 patients admitted fi＇om January to October, 2011, as observation group, received clinical intervention to postoperative intensive prevention of thrombus at early time; all 360 cases admitted i^om January to December, 2010 as control group were retrospectively analyzed. Condition of thrombus incidence were compared and analyzed. Result： Thrombosis happened in two cases among 386 cases in observation group and ten cases among 360 cases of control group. Conclusion： Clinical intervention is effective in the prevention of deep vein thrombosis of lower limbs after gynecological surgery.
