围绝经期妇女免疫功能下降的研究进展

Study on Immunity Decrease of Climacteric Women

综述近年来国内外文献,就围绝经期妇女免疫功能下降的病因、病机及治疗进行总结分析,指出与西医相较中医辨证论治在治疗过程中可避免禁忌症及并发症的发生,扩大适应症,增加安全性,降低费用,从而改善患者的医疗状况,提高其生活质量。

We analyzed the cause, pathological mechanism and treatment of immunity decrease during climac- teric period by reviewing literature at home and abroad in recent years and pointed out that syndrome differentiation and treatment can avoid the incidence of contraindication and complication compared with western medicine, enlarge the indication, increase safety, cut down the cost, thus to improve medical condition of patients and their life quality.
