miRNA-31在肿瘤研究中的新进展 被引量:1

摘要 微小RNAs(microRNAs,miRNAs)是一类长度为19~23个核苷酸的可调控基因表达的内源性非编码单链RNA分子,广泛存在于真核生物中。多数的人miRNAs位于蛋白编码基因的内含子或非编码miRNA转录片段中,其余miRNAs在基因组中离其他转录本较远,如位于非编码miRNA基因的外显子中,或miRNA基因的3'端非翻译区(UTR)或成群聚集在其他miRNAs基因中[1]。
