摘要
铝及铝合金铸轧板生产过程中，供料嘴的寿命直接影响铸轧板的产量。质量和消耗等技术经济指标。结合铸轧板生产实践，对影响供料嘴寿命的诸因素进行了分析，从生产过程控制和工艺管理方面提出了提高供料嘴寿命的措施。
During the production process of aluminium alloy casting rolling plate, the life of feeding mouth directly affect the economy technology targets. Some factors of affecting the life of feeding mouth were analysed base on production practice. The methods to prolong the life of feeding mouth were presented in the context of pro duction process control and technology management.
