摘要
应用微波加热技术烘干或促硬粘土砂、水玻璃砂、树脂砂芯及水基涂料,可以提高芯砂和水基涂料的强度,改善砂芯的质量,与其它传统的加热方式相比,可缩短加热时间,提高效率50~80%,节省能源60~80%, 而且操作方便,占地面积小,不产生热辐射,可以实现砂芯及涂料的连续快速烘干,为实现造芯工部的机械化自动化创造了条件。
Abstract
The microwave heating technique was applied to drying or hardening the sand core of bentonite sand, sodium-silicate sand, resin sand and the water-based coating, increasing the mechanical strength and the quality of sand core and moulding coating compared with traditional heating methods,microwave heating technique can reduce heating time, increase production efficiency by 50~80%, save on energy for 60~80% and the process is simple to operation, less working area, no heat radiation. The process can also realize continuously rapid drying of sand core and water-based coatings, hence,and create conditions for mechanization and automation of coremaking section.
