摘要
测试了 ZIPPY型快速成形系统制作的零件在刚制作完和冷却至室温时的热变形 ,结果表明热变形会严重影响 LOM制件的精度和性能。通过分析 L OM制件热变形和开裂的机理 ,提出了减小 L
s:The thermal deformation is measured during the workpiece in LOM (Laminated Object Manufacturing) is cooling down from it's just finished by ZIPPY type rapid forming system to room temperature. The measured result shows that the thermal deformation will seriously affect the accuracy and performance of the LOM workpieces. A measure is suggested to reduce the thermal deformation of workpiece in LOM in accordance with the analysis made on mechanism of thermal deformation and crack of such workpieces.
