摘要
在模拟生产条件下,在研究Mn、Cr、Cu、Sn、Ti等单个元素对退火影响的基础上,通过回归分析,得到了元素含量与铸管退火后延伸率的关系式。以延伸率作为性能控制的限制指标,得出了为使铸管退火后性能达到ISO253J国际标准各干扰退火元素的允许最大含量。
Abstract
The relational expression between elements content and the elongation of casting pipes after annealing was proposed by employing regression analysis based on study of effect of simple elements such as Mn, Cr, Cu, Sn and Ti on annealing under conditions of production simulation.The maximum allowable content which allows the casting pipes properties after annealing to attain ISO 2531 standard could be achieved, taking the elongation for limiting target of controlling properties.
