面对思想教育工作所遇到的危机，教育工作者必须面对现实、迎难而上，充分了解当代大学生的新特点和合理诉求，在尊重他们的独立性、选择性、差异性、多样性的基础上，因势利导，才能使思想教育工作峰回路转，逐渐走出低谷。

Facing the crisis of ideological cultivation in China, the teachers must face with the realization and go ahead against the difficulty. It is necessary to well know students＂ new characteristics and reasonable demands, to respect their independency, selection, difference and diversity.
