摘要
作者在合有少量合金元素(Mo、Cr、Ti)的三种配料基本相同的铁水中,分别加入不同量的1号稀土合金球化剂,使其分别形成片状石墨、蠕虫状石墨、球状石墨铸铁。用这三种低合金铸铁试样,在激光脉冲法热参数测量仅上对导热系数、比热、热扩散率进行了测试。测试结果证明:导热系数和热扩散率随着石墨形状(从片状到球状)的不同变化较大,而比热变化较小(片状石墨铸铁400℃以上变化较大)。
Abstract
The thermal conductivity coeff., specific heat capacity and thermal dif-fusivity of three kinds of low alloy cast iron sample containing a small a-mount of alloying elements (Mo,Cr,Ti) and with different graphite morpho-logy obtained by addition of 1 RE-nodulizer such as lamellar, vermicular and spheroidal were measured using laser flash method. The results show that thermal conductivity coeff. and thermal diffusivity of low alloy cast iron increased with change of graphite shape from lamellar to vermicular, but the specific heat capacity does a few.
