摘要
采用宏观、金相和SEM等分析手段对ZG45半齿圈在热处理过程中断裂的原因进行了研究和分析。结果表明 ,造成半齿圈断裂的主要原因是严重成分偏析 ,在半齿圈截面心部出现磷共晶和碳化物 ,使材料难以抵抗热处理加热和冷却时的热应力和组织应力。
The ZG45 half gearing circle broken during heat treatment was studied and analysed by metallograph and SEM.The results showed that the serious segregation,phosphide eutectic and carbide formed in the centre of the cast made the material fail to resist the thermal and transformation stresses during heat treatment.
