摘要
介绍了汽车线束电磁干扰传输线模型以及仿真模型,研究了不同屏蔽层及不同线束布置时接收导线的近端电压和远端电压的频响特性。结果表明:多层屏蔽可以有效地减小线束串扰电压,尤其是改善谐振频率附近的电压波动;发射线位于同一屏蔽层和位于不同屏蔽层时对线束的串扰影响除谐振频率点外并不明显,这为汽车线束电磁兼容设计提供了参考依据。
A transmission line model and simulation model of vehicle wiring harness were introduced, then the near-end and the far-end voltage frequency response characteristics of the receiving wire with different shields and harness layouts have been studied. The results showed that multi-layer shielding could effectively reduce the harness crosstalk voltage, especially tile fluctuations near the resonant frequencies. However, multiple interference sources which loeated in the same shield and in multiple shields almost have the same crosstalk except the resonant frequency. It provides an effective technique to design the automotive wiring harness.
