摘要
本文在大量观察了实际生产中锯切刀头磨损的情况下,对普通矩形刀头和三层夹心刀头的磨损进行了较为详细的分析,指出了夹心刀头在使用时的三种不同的形状,并对其影响因素进行了讨论。以普通矩形刀头为磨损模型,认为其端面因磨损而呈椭圆形,由此推出刀头最初工作时端面的磨损速度分布公式,并利用“强的磨损部位配之以高耐磨性料层”的方法,对夹心刀头及多层刀头的内部结构进行了设计。
By observing a number of diamond segments in practical operation, this paper studied the wear of the or-dinary segTnents and sandwich segmentS, analysed three shapes of sandwich segments in use, and discussed the influence fac-tors. Taking the ordinary rectangle segment as the wear module, which looks oval on its top because of the wear, we can derivethe formula of the initial speed of the wear, and thus design the internal structure of the diamend segments.
