摘要
通过等温恒应变速率压缩实验,系统地研究了不同预处理、热力参数及分段变速变形对致密 FGH95合金高温变形特性的影响.研究结果表明,经热等静压致密的FGH95合金坯料,可以通过适当的预处理,以改变FGH95合金中γ'相的大小、形态及分布,从而降低合金的流动应力.对于经预处理的FGH95合金坯料,采用分段变速变形可以进一步降低合金的流动应力。
Effects of pre-treatment,thermomechanical parameters and deformation with steply changing velocity on high temperature deformation behavior of dense FGH95 alloy have been compre- hensively investigated by using isothermal constant strain rate compression test. The results of present study indicate that the morphology, size and distribution of γ' phase in as-hipped FGH95 alloy can be adjusted by appropriate pre-treatment, resulting in flow stress decrease of this alloy. For as-hipped FGH95 alloy, the pre-treatment plus the deformation with steply changing velocity can further lower the flow stress of the dense FGH95 alloy.
