摘要 离心铸造Al Fe合金凝固过程中的先析出相与合金液之间具有较大的密度差 ,在离心力场作用下 ,先析出相将沿径向由内向外迁移 ,致使初生相沿铸件径向呈梯度分布。根据离心铸造Al Fe合金凝固过程中固相迁移运动的特点 ,建立了描述这一运动过程的数学模型 ,并提出采用求平均速度的方法对固相迁移速度进行数值求解 ,求出了凝固过程中各个时刻固相迁移运动速度的分布情况 ,揭示了离心铸造Al Fe合金凝固过程中的固相迁移运动规律。 During the solidification process of Al Fe alloy under centrifugal casting, the primary phase migrates along the radius because of the density difference between the primary phase and the liquid alloy. Therefore the distribution of the primary phase is in gradient along the radius of the casting. A mathematical model was put forward according to the characteristics of the solid phase migration during the solidification process of Al Fe alloy under centrifugal casting. The distribution of solid phase migration velocity at every moment in the solidification process was worked out with a numerical method through calculating the average velocity. Thus the law of solid phase migration in the solidification process of Al Fe alloy under centrifugal casting was demonstrated. [
