贵州地区防治石漠化法律机制的构建

On the Development of Legal Mechanism against Stone Desertification in Guizhou

石漠化现状阻滞了贵州的发展,只有把石漠化防治工作纳入法制化的轨道,才能改善生态环境。该文基于防治石漠化中存在的法律问题,对完善立法,建立健全防治石漠化责任追究制度,确立环境补偿标准等的构建进行研究。

Stone desertification is a barrier to Guizhou＇ s economic development. It is argued that the development of legal mechanism against stone desertification in Guizhou is a must. Nevertheless, the legislation should come with compensation standards set for the project as well as a punishment system.
