The Present Situation of Labour Sanitation in Resin-bonded Sand Process both Inside and Outside the Country

树脂砂工艺的粉尘污染小于粘土砂铸造,但是,树脂砂工艺气味的污染却比粘土砂大得多,特别是在浇注期间,树脂砂要散发出一些对人有害的气体。简介了当前所采用的防护措施,并提醒操作者工作时要穿戴劳动防护用品。

Abstract The resin-bonded sand process has less dust pollution than clay-bonded sand process, but it has considerably more air (odor) pollution than the clay-bonded's, because of emissions of some fumels from the mold during the period of liquid metal filling of the mold cavity. It is suggested that all works engaged in these operations must be protected by protective material.
