襄樊学院“阳光体育运动”的开展现状及对策研究

本文用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法等多种方法,对襄樊学院"阳光体育运动"的开展现状进行全面调查,分析认为首先是领导及体育工作者本身对体育工作不重视,对阳光体育运动认识不足,学校场地设施缺乏,学生体育锻炼意识薄弱,大学就业压力大等都是造成开展现状的原因。并根据实际情况提出相应对策,加强宣传教育,提高思想认识加强组织领导,改善教学条件,加强学校体育文化建设,尊重老师,提高教学水平,丰富课余生活。

This article with the literature material law, questionnaire survey, expert interviews and other methods, to the Xiang- Fan University＂ Sunshine Sports＂ development present situation to conduct a comprehensive investigation, analysis is first leadership and sports workers themselves to physical education. Do not attach importance to the sunlight sports, lack of understanding, lack of school facilities, students＂ physical exercise consciousness is weak, the university employment pressure are caused by carrying out the reasons for the status quo. According to the actual situation and put forward corresponding countermeasures, to strengthen publicity and education, raise thought understanding to strengthen organization and leadership, improve the teaching conditions, strengthen the construction of sports culture in school, respect teachers, improve the level of teaching, enrich our school life.
