摘要 介绍了新研制的防潮增强剂的物化性能,并对加入新型防潮增强剂的树脂砂,在低湿和高湿环境下的最终强度及其它工艺性能,与常用的偶联剂KH-550进行了对比,证实了新型防潮增强剂能大幅度提高树脂砂的高湿强度和降低对湿度的敏感性,从而确定新型防潮增强剂完全可以取代价格昂贵的KH-550。用于生产也获得满意结果。 Abstract The physicochemical properties of a novel strengthening and moisture -resistant agent was presented and the ultimate strength under the low/high humidity conditions and other technological parameters of resin sand adding the novel agent were compared with those of KH-550 silane and confirmed that the high moisture strength of resin sand was increased by a wide margin and the sensitivity to moisture was reduced due to addition of the novel agent,thus, which can completely replace the expansive KH-550 silane. The results of application are satisfactory.
