Study on a Low-carbon Niobitum-Vanadium Microalloyed Cast Steel

文中叙及的是一种低碳铌钒微合金化铸钢的研究,主要说明的是热处理工艺;稀土一硅钙变质处理;钢的组织对钢的性能的影响.结果表明,该钢的优点是具有高强韧性及良好的焊接性能,因而很有应用潜力.

The investigations were carried out into a new type of low-carbon niobium-vanadium microalloyed cast steel in this paper. The effects of heat treatment, inoculation with RE-SiCa and the structure of this steel on its mechanical properties were discussed. The results obtained showed that this cast steel has high strength, high toughness and good weldability. It is likely to be a applied potential cast steel.
