研究了Bi-Sb复合孕育对可锻铸铁石墨化和机械性能的影响.与单独加Bi孕育相比,复合孕育剂中合含Sb量低于0.013%时,Sb对第一和第二阶段石墨化无明显不利影响,经Bi-Sb复合孕育后,机械性能超过KTH350—10牌号,并使生产成本下降.
The influence of compound inoculation with Bi-Sb on the graphitizing annealing and mechanical properties of malleable iron has been investigated. It was shown that Sb containing less than 0.013% in compound inoculant has not marked influence on the 1-st and 2-nd graphitizing while its mechanical properties exceed that of KTH350-10 cast iron and the production cost is reduced as compared with addition lonely with Bi.
