药品招标采购前后某院呼吸内科抗菌药物应用及经济学分析

Influence of Centralized Bidding and Purchasing on Hospital Medicine Use from the Antimicrobial Application of Respiratory Medicine and Economic Analysis

目的了解药品集中招标采购前后某院呼吸内科抗菌药物的应用及消费金额情况，为药品招标采购的进一步推行及实施提供参考。方法采用限定日剂量、用药频度排序和消费金额排序的药物利用研究方法．对实行统一药品招标采购前后该院呼吸内科抗菌药物使用情况进行综合分析。结果实施统一药品招标后3a较前3a抗菌药物的用药频度增长61．20％，销售金额下降了2348％，平均日费用下降了63．85元。结论药品集中招标采购后抗菌药物价格大幅下降，减轻了社会和患者的药费负担，也有利于临床合理用药。

Objective The aim of our study was to analysis the application status before and after the centralized bidding and purchasing, and consumption amount situation. And providing the reference on the centralized bidding and purchasing.Methods We quantitative statistically analyzed the respiratory medicine after the centralized bidding and purchasing through defining daily dose system （DDDs）, sorting DDDs and consumption amount.Results The DDDs of antibacterial drug were increased 61.20%.Consumption sum were decreased 23.48%, average daily expenses were decreased 63.85 yuan.Conelusion Centralized bidding and purchasing on hospital medicine use can decrease the prices of antibacterial drug, relieve the drug cost burden of country and individual, and standardize the clinical medication.
