玉溪市红塔区2006-2011年孕产妇HIV-1感染及流行态势分析

Study on the Trend of HIV-1 Epidemic among the Pregnant Woman in Hongta Country of Yuxi city from 2006 to 2011

目的通过对2006-2011年玉溪市红塔区孕产妇HIV-1监测及流行态势的分析，旨在为评估孕产妇HIV-1防治Z-作效果及监测策略调整提供科学参考。方法采集2006—2011年红塔区孕产妇HIV-1监测资料，对其HIV-1感染状况、占历年HIV／AIDS比重进行分析。结果2006—2011年，孕产妇HIV-1累计监测56881人份，HIV—1阳性78例，占13．71／万；占总人群监测份数的14．16％，2006-2011年HIV-1感染率呈逐年下降的态势（x^2趋势=23．727，P〈0001），分别为44．97、16．96、1319、1074、996、8．24／万人年；孕产妇HIV-1在历年总HIV／AIDS报告数及历年性途径感染报告数均未呈现下降态势（P均〉005），分别维持在7．13％、15．38—36．21％。结论红塔区孕产妇人群HIV-1流行处于低流行且有下降态势．扩大监测面的策略实施初步有效，但占总疫情中比重较大的事实值得我们应该进一步关注。

We analysed the trend of HIV-I epidemic among the pregnant woman in Hongta country of Yuxi city from 2006 to 2011, and got the reference for effect and intervention among the pregnant woman. Methods： We got the information of HIV/AIDS epidemic from the surveillance system of AIDS of Hongta in Yuxi, Yunnan, and analysed the situation of HIV-1 infection and trend of epidemic of HIV-1 among the pregnant wonmn. Results： From 2006 to 2011, there had 78 HIV/AIDS among the pregnant woman, and accounts for 13.71/ten thousand among the all who were accepted the HIV-1 testing. The rate of HIV-1 infection were 44.97,16.96,13.19,10.74,9.96,8.24/ ten thousand per person years, trend test P〈 0.001. But there were no trend of proportion which account for not only all HIV/AIDS but for the heterosexual, trend test P〉0.05. Conclusion： The AIDS epidemics of the pregnant woman is low level in Hongta country of Yuxi in the recent years, and we should more pay attention to this problem and do something among the elderly.
