思乐扣在恶性骨肿瘤患者CVC导管固定中的应用

目的探讨颈内、外静脉置入CVC导管固定的最佳方法。方法将50例安置CVC的患者随机分成传统组和改进组各25例。传统组采用透明敷贴直接固定导管，观察2组导管不同固定方法的效果。结果不同固定方法导致的导管脱落，导管部分脱出，导管成角。病员的不适感及计划外导管维护次数，加用思乐扣组明显优于传统组。结论思乐扣用于恶性骨肿瘤患者颈内、外静脉置入CVC导管固定明显减少并发症的发生，延长了导管的使用时间，提高了患者的舒适度，节约了病员费用。
