淡色库蚊夜间活动习性及灭蚊防蚊的调查研究

Research on the Night Feeding Habit of Culex pipiens pallens and the measures of Mosquito Control

为深入研究淡色库蚊活动习性，更有效地对其防制，在原班氏丝虫病高度流行区的一幢住室对该蚊晚间进、离住室活动习性进行了观察。结果显示，在蚊虫种群密度高峰季节，自日落黄昏至日出黎明，每时均有淡色库蚊进、离住室活动，其进室数量高峰在黎明，且下半夜多于上半夜。离室情况则相反，高峰在黄昏，约半数进入蚊虫当日不飞离住室而择暗处栖息。对采用相应的灭蚊防蚊措施进行了讨论。

To further study the feeding habit of Culex pipiens pallens for its effective control, the activities of its entering and leaving the house at night was observed in a house located in the previous heavy epidemic area of Bancroftian filariasis. Results showed that, during the peak time of population density, C. p. pallens displayed the activities of entering and leaving the house in each hour from sunset to dawn, with the peak time of its entering the house in number being at dawn and the mosquitoes entering the house in number during the time after midnight being more than that before midnight. On the contrary, the peak time of the mosquito leaving the house in number was in the dusk. Approximate half number of the mosquitoes entering the house did not fly out in the same day and chose the dark place to rest. Appropriate measures were discusses for control of the mosquito.
