子宫动脉栓塞术治疗妇科良性疾病对卵巢功能及子宫肌层的影响

The Influence of Transcatheter Uterine Artery Embolization on Ovarian Funtion and Myometrium

目的探讨子宫动脉栓塞术（TUAE）治疗妇科良性疾病对卵巢功能及子宫肌层的影响。方法对120例子宫肌瘤及子宫腺肌病患者行经导管子宫动脉海藻酸钠微球栓塞，通过栓塞后月经观察及监测卵巢内分泌功能，盆腔磁共振检查，了解栓塞后卵巢功能及子宫的变化。结果月经观察2倒闭经发生，卵巢内分泌功能监测栓塞前后无明显差异，治疗后3月复查盆腔磁共振无子宫缺血坏死的发生。结论TUAE是一项安全的治疗措施，可以保留子宫但对卵巢功能及子宫无不良影响。

objective To investigate the influence of transeatheter uterine artery ernbolization on ovarian funtion and myometriurn. Materials and Methods Using Geffoarn particlcs,TUAE was performed in 120 patients with uterine fibroids and adenomyomas.After TUAE ,ovarian fanction and rnyornetriurn were estimated by observing menstruation ,ovarian hormones level and pelvie MRI. Results The amenorrhea occurred in 2 patients during the observation.There was no significant difference in ovarian hornones level between pre- and post- erabolizati0n . No isehemia and necrosis were seen in rnyometrium on MRI three months later.Conclusion TUAE was a safe therapeutic procedure which has no adverse effeet on ovarian and myornetriurn.
