负压封闭引流治疗切口脂肪液化的临床疗效

Vacuum Sealing Drainage Technique in the Clinical Effects of Incision with Fat Liquefaction

目的探讨负压封闭引流（VSD）技术治疗切口脂肪液化的临床疗效。方法对2009年～2011年我可收治的128例切口脂肪液化的患者随机分为两组，实验组（使用负压封闭引流）66例，对照组（常规换药）62例，比较两组患者换药次数、治疗时间、瘢痕宽度。结果实验组在换药次数、治疗时间、切口瘢痕宽度指标上均优于对照组。结论负压封闭引流是治疗脂肪液化的理想方法．值得广泛推广。

Objective To explore the effects of Vacuum Sealing Drainage （VSD） technology in the incision with fat liquefaction. Methods In 1 2009 to 2011 choose 128 patients with fat liquefaction randomly divided into two groups, experimental group（use VSD） 66 cases, control group （wound change dressings ordinarily） 50 cases, compared with two groups of patients, the number of times to change dressings, curative time, scar width. Results In the experimental group, the numbers of time to change dressings, curative time, scar width, results are better than the control group. Conclusion： Vacuum Sealing Drainage technique can be an ideal way to treat incision with fat liquefaction and worth popularizing at this stage.
