摘要
目的探讨毁损伤ICD-10的正确编码。方法详细阅览166例毁损伤病案，根据毁损伤临床诊断依据和ICD-10分类要求予以分析探讨。结果正确的毁损伤ICD-10编码应按单区域或多区域复合伤、肢体离断伤给予编码。讨论建立疑难编码、新疾病编码讨论制度，编码员除了要掌握ICD编码原则，还要不断学习和积累临床医学知识、与临床科室充分沟通，仔细阅读病案，才能做到准确编码。
Objective To discuss the correct ICD-10 coding of damaged injury. Methods The ICD-IO coding of damaged injury is analyzed according to the clinical diagnostic evidence of damaged injury and ICD-10 classification requirements after reading 166 medical records of damaged injury. Results The correct code of damaged injury is coded by single or multiple limbs traumatic amputation and combined injury.Conclusion Establish a discussing system of coding puzzle or new disease. Coders should not only master the ICD-10 coding knowledge, but also learn and accumulate relevant medical knowledge, communicate with doctor and read the medical record carefully. So that the disease diagnosis can be coded correctly.
