深圳市某区白蚊伊蚊密度季度消长情况调查与温湿度对其影响的分析

目的了解深圳市莱区白纹伊蚊的季度消长情况和温湿度对其的影响，为开展白蚊伊蚊引起的一系列传染病防控工作提供依据。方法连续两年．分四个季度，每个季度用诱捕器进行4d为一周期的成蚊诱捕以及诱卵诱捕，并根据每个季度的诱捕结果估算白纹伊蚊的消长情况。结果2010年1月～2011年12月，共捕获成蚊312只，包括白纹伊蚊173只；收集蚊卵6459个。分析结果后显示四个季度之间诱蚊诱卵指数、诱蚊指数、诱卵指数等阳性指数的比较差异均具有统计学意义。其中，诱蚊诱卵指数（P〈0．000），诱蚊指数（P〈0．000），诱卵指数（P〈0．000）。结论当地白纹伊蚊第二第三季度的各个阳性指数均比第一第四季度的高，并差异具有统计学意义；且捕获白蚊伊蚊数量受当地温、湿度影响较大。

Objective To investigate Seasonal Fluctuation and impact of temperature and relative humidity on Aedes albopictus in A District of Shenzhen City,Guangdong Province and to provide some basic data for the prevention and control of a series of infectious disease cause by Aedes albopietus in local place.Methods From 2010 to 2011, divide into 4 seasons, a cycle of 4-day trapping of adult mosquito with trapping containers as well as oviposition trapping were used to estimate the seasonal fluctuation and impact of temperature and relative humidity on the number of Aedes albopietus.Resuhs A total of 312 adult mosquitoes were captured in four individual studies, including 173 adult mosquito and 6459 mosquito eggs, From January 2010 to January 2011.A significant difference in the positive index was observed, mosquito and oviposition positive index （X2=55.979, P〈0.000）; mosquito-trap positive index （~：=59.528,P〈0.000）; oviposition index （X2=49.489, P〈0.000））. Conclusion The positive indices of local Aedes albopictus in the second and third seasons were significantly higher than those in the first and fourth seasons. The results shows seasonal fluctuation,temperature and relative humidity are relate to the number of Aedes albopictus.
