手术室护理干预对妇科围术期患者的影响研究

目的探讨手术室护理干预对妇科围术期患者的影响。方法选取2012年1月-2012年2月我院妇科收治的手术患者共600例．随机分为实验纽和对照组，其中实验组患者采用精心的手术室围术期护理干预，对照组患者采用常规的护理干预。观察和记录两组患者在入院时、进手术室后的心率变化。结果实验组患者与对照组患者在入院时的心率比较，差异不存在统计学意义（P〉0．05）。而经围术期护理干预后，实验组患者入手术室后的心率明显低于对照组患者，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论妇科围术期患者采用精心的手术室护理干预，可明显地降低紧张、焦虑、恐惧等不良心理．从而利于手术的讲行及预后．故值得在临康上推广应用．

Objective Learn the effect of nursing intervention in operating room on patients of gynaecology during the perioperative period.Methods There were 600 patients of gynaecology from Jan 2012 to Feb 2012 divided into two groups. The experiment group used an elaborative nursing intervention during the perioperative period in operating room while the control group used common nursing intervention. Observe and record the change of heart rate of two groups on admission and after entering the operation room.Results The difference of heart rate of two groups on admission had no statistical significance （P〈O,05）. After accepting nursing intervention during the perioperative period, the heart rate of the experiment group was obviously lower than the control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The patients of gynaecology accept nursing intervention during the perioperative period in operating room, which can obviously decrease the unhealthy psychology such as nervous, anxiety and fear. The nursing intervention during the perioperative period is good for the procedure and prognosis of operation for patients accept operation, so it is worth using widely in clinic.
