毛细管电泳法检测五种有机酸分析方法的探讨 被引量:1

摘要 目的利用毛细管电泳法对丁酸、醋酸、乳酸、丙酸、甲酸进行分离,研究了最佳的分离条件,建立了用毛细管电泳检测丁酸等有机酸的分析方法。方法采用UV-214nm检测波长,10mmol/L(含0.5mmol/LCTAB)的硼砂作为缓冲溶液,在pH为10.5,分离电压20KV,进样压力为1.0psi,进样时间为10s时。结果5min内丁酸、醋酸、乳酸、丙酸、甲酸得到基线分离。以有机酸标准品的保留时间定性,以有机酸标准品吸收峰的峰面积定量.绘制标准工作曲线,线性范围分别为:甲酸3.8-30.7mg/L;乙酸3.3-52.5mg/L;丙酸3.1~49.5mg/L;T酸3-48mg/L;乳酯7.5~605mg/L。结论该方法简单、快速、准确,可用于有机酸含量的测定。
