用粉末硅铁团块熔炼灰铸铁

The Use of Ferrosilicon Powder Lump for Cupola Melting Grey Iron

一、绪言在我厂作为配料用的硅铁中常有8～15％粉末,不能直接加入冲天炉熔炼。十几年来大量的硅铁粉末积压于库房。为了把这些粉末变废为宝,我们车间把硅铁粉末按一定配比,并加入添加剂压制成团块,使它具有一定强度后再加入冲天炉内,从而获得成分合格组织健全的灰铸铁。我们用水玻璃作为粘结剂,因水玻璃具有自硬作用。另外在粉末团块中加入石灰粉,以提高冲天炉渣中的CaO含量,使炉渣碱度升高,既有利于脱硫反应,又能降低炉渣粘度,增强脱硫效果。

This paper describes the application of ferrosilicon powder lump to the cupole melted grey irons. It was proved that the ferrosilicon powder lump as a charge material to the cupola has no harmful effects on the chemical composition, microstructure and mechanical properties of grey iron.
