摘要 肝癌死亡率高,其治疗始终是棘手的问题,长期以来缺乏有效的治疗措施,而机体的细胞免疫机制可以控制肝癌的发生发展.在其局部微环境中CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞(CD4+CD25+regulatoryTcells)和Th17在自身免疫耐受、移植和抗肿瘤应答中起着重要的作用,随着研究的进一步深入,将会对肿瘤的免疫治疗带来新的策略。 The treatment of liver cancer is very difficuh and the case fatality rate is very high. For a long time the lack of effective treatment measures. But the cellular immune mechanisms can control the development of liver cancer,CD4 +CD25 regulatory T and Thl7 cells have played important roles in the selfimmunotolerance,graft and antitumor response. With further research,it could provide a promising strategy for the treatment of liver cancer in elinic.
