球墨铸铁测定洛氏硬度形成裂纹的研究

摘要 本文分析了淬火,等温淬火后球墨铸铁测定洛氏硬度出现的显微裂纹。这种显微裂纹,系由外加应力造成的应力裂纹,它与石墨球的结晶构造、淬火温度、等温温度和等温时间,都有一定的关系。 The micro crack formed by HRC inspection in bath quenched and normalized nodular cast iron were studied in this paper. The micro crack——the stress cracking caused by external stress is related to matrix structure. Some factors such as quenching and normalizing temperture and normalizing time were also discussed.
