摘要
浇注系统计算机辅助设计,是铸造工艺CAD系统的重要组成部分。本研究根据垂直分型浇注系统的流路特点,利用浇注系统流路矩阵开发浇注系统计算机数值模拟的通用软件。文中详细介绍了液态金属充填过程的数学模型、边界条件以及数值解析方法。同时,用水力模拟实验验证了计算机软件的可靠性和通用性。结果表明,计算机数值解析可以比较充分地揭示液态金属在垂直分型浇注系统中的流动规律,为防止铸造缺陷的产生和完善垂直分型工艺设计提供了科学依据。软件通用可靠。
Synopsis: Computer Aided Design of gating system is important part of computer aided casting plan. According to the character of vertical parting mold gating system, using a matrix of flowing process the application software has been developed. The mathematic equation of metal liquid flowing in the system and the boundary condition and the numerical simulation method has been gaven in the paper. The results of the numerical simulation were in good agreement with the results of water model simulation experiment. It is clear that the computer numerical simulation method is good for calculation of flowing process in the vertical parting mold gating system. The software is in common use and available.
