滚筒对角线调节误差对印刷压力的影响分析 被引量:1

摘要 为了提高胶印机印刷压力的调节精度,针对实际印刷过程中印版滚筒对角线套准误差的调节对印刷压力的影响,分析了橡皮滚筒与印版滚筒间印刷压力分布变化规律。建立印刷滚筒的三维模型,对印刷滚筒的结构进行了有限元仿真分析,分析了橡皮布接触区域的变形情况。研究结果表明:印版滚筒对角线方向的偏斜量越大,对印版滚筒和橡皮滚筒间的印刷压力影响越大,且滚筒的两端都有偏移量时的影响比滚筒一端偏斜时的影响大。在实际印刷中可根据所需的印刷压力大小来调节印版滚筒对角线的方向,使印品质量达到最佳。 In order to improve the adjustment precision of the printing pressure, the effect of printing pressure is caused by the diagonal registration error of plate cylinder in actual printing process, the printing pressure between blanket cylinder and impression cylinder is analyzed. The three dimensional model of printing rollers were established, and the rollers' structure are analyzed by finite element simulation, the deformation in the contact area of blanket is obtained. The results of the study show that the greater the deflection of the diagonal in plate cylinder the greater influential to the printing pressure between plate cylinder and blanket cylinder, and the influence is greater when both ends of the roller is deflected. The diagonal direction of plate cylinder is adjusted for printing pressure to achieve the best printing quality in actual printing.
