摘要
为满足微电子机械中对元器件或机械部件尺寸精确度越来越高的需求,设计了一种螺旋万分尺。该万分尺采用双螺旋连动机构,每级螺旋刻度实现100倍放大,螺旋万分尺的最小刻度可达0.0001mm。并且此万分尺系纯机械结构,结构简单、成本低廉、方便操作,经久耐用。
As the demand of the accuracy becomes higher and higher in the microelectronic field, the traditional micrometer is hard to meet this requirement. This paper raises a design of 1/ 10 micrometer with a double helix structure. The 100 times calibration amplification can be realized by each of the helix, so the minimum calibration of the 1/10 micrometer attains to 0. 0001mm. In addition, the 1/10 micrometer is a pure mechanical product which has characteristics of reliable quality, lower cost and easy to use.
