摘要
一、选材的依据火电厂风扇磨煤机冲击板受到煤粒的冲蚀磨损,其冲击角不小于50度,在高锰钢中加入多元合金V、Ti、Mo、Cr通过沉淀强化处理,在奥氏体的基体上弥散着大量高显微硬度的碳化物质点,用这种材质制成的冲击板表面层产生足够的加工硬化,寿命较ZGMn13有成倍地提高。
The protective hook and armour used to bc made from multialloyed high mangancac cast steel. Their surface hardness can not be sufficiently meet the requirement in production. This paper deals with the substitute of low carbon cast steel ZG35CrMnMo which possesses both toughness and surface hardness after heat treatmcnt and therefore the service life is superior comparing with original.
