摘要
首先介绍了华能天津IGCC示范电站燃气机组静态变频装置(Staic Frequency Converter,SFC)的组成、工作原理;然后根据燃气机组现场启动调试经验,分析了燃气机组SFC隔离开关和并网断路器的闭锁逻辑可能出现的问题、发电机短路试验应注意的事项以及SFC对继电保护的影响,并给出了参考性建议,可对类似启动调试工作提供借鉴。
The composition and operating principles of Static Frequency Converter （SFC） for natural gas turbine combined cycle unit in Huaneng （Tianjing） IGCC project is introduced firstly. Then, based on the starting-up procedure, the problems, such as generator short circuit test, interlock between SFC isolator and Synchronization breaker, as well as the relay protection switching of generator- transformer unit, are analyzed and summarized. This may provide references for other similar starting-up works.
