摘要
前言锌合金自本世纪卅年代以来,主要被用作压铸合金,在重力铸造中极少应用。六十年代初期,国外开始研制锌铝重力铸造合金。在国际铅锌组织(ILZRO)发起的一项开发研究计划中,在美国新泽西州锌公司首先研制出成分为11%Al,0.75%Cu,0.02%Mg的ILZRO—12合金。当时已意识到这种合金具有出色的机械性能。以后在此基础上为改善该合金的机械性能进行了更深入的研究,经调整合金的成分后。
Synopsis: The effect of RE on the microstructure and the properties of ZA-27 alloy has been stuided. RE could re- fine and improve the microstructure more effectively than magnesium, then the ZA-27alloy could have a good combina- tion of high strength and plasticity. In the case of high load and low or middle speed, the abrasive resistance of ZA-27is better than ZQSm 6-6-3. So that, RE could make the application of ZA-27 more widely on replacing ZQSmi 6-6-3.
