摘要
本研究对玻璃模具用D型石墨铸铁进行了合理的成分设计.结果表明.显微组织、机械性能、抗氧化、抗生长以及热疲劳抗力等,均有显著的改善.经工业性试验,模具的使用寿命可成倍提高.
Synopsis: The present paper introduces the optimization of chemical composition of D-type graphite cast iron for glass mould. The results indicated that the microstructure, mechanical properties, oxidation resistance, growth resistance and thermal fatigue resistance, were improved obviously. Through industrial running test, the service life of mould can be doubled.
