摘要
对运用分子生物学手段研究镰刀菌属的遗传多样性进展进行了综述,并对ISSR分子标记技术在镰刀菌属遗传多样性方面的应用前景作出了分析与展望。
In this paper, we summarized the progress on studying the genetic diversity of Fusarium by molecular biology methods, and also analyzed the application prospects of ISSR marker on studying the genetic diversity of Fusarium.
