磷元素对茭白生长与叶片光合特性的影响 被引量:2

摘要 利用水培技术研究了不同浓度磷条件下茭白生长和叶片的光合特性。与正常磷(0.64 mmol/L)条件下相比,缺磷(0 mmol/L)与低磷(0.16 mmol/L)抑制植株生长,并导致叶片净光合速率(Pn)和气孔导度(Gs)下降,而胞间CO2浓度(Ci)上升,同时叶片PSⅡ实际光化学效率(ΦPSⅡ)、光化学淬灭(qP)、表观电子传递效率(ETR)下降。高磷(2.56 mmol/L)条件下,植株生长受到轻微抑制,叶片的ΦPSⅡ、qP、ETR、Pn和Gs略有下降。 In this paper, we examined the effects of different concentrations of phosphorus on the growth and photosynthetic responses of Zizania latifolia Turcz.. The results showed that, compared to the normal phosphorus concentration (0.64 retool/L), the phosphorus deficiency treatments (0, 0.16 mmol/L) inhibited the plant growth and significantly decreased Pn, Gs but increased Ci. Meanwhile, the phosphorus deficiency treatments significantly decreased ФPS Ⅱ, qP, ETR, but increased NPQ. The high phosphorus treatment (2.56 mmol/L) slightly inhibited the plant growth and decreased ФPS Ⅱ, qP, ETR, Pn and Gs.
