广西北部湾经济区推进“走出去”战略的效应分析与路径选择——基于中国与东盟经贸合作的视角

The Effect Analysis and Path Option of the “Go Global” Strategy in Promoting Guangxi Beibu-Gulf Economic Zone——Based on the Perspective of China—ASEAN Economic and Trade Cooperation

实施"走出去"战略是新时期我国确定的加快对外开放和提高国际竞争力的重要战略方针,广西北部湾经济区①的功能决定了在推进国家"走出去"战略中应发挥重要的作用。本文从中国与东盟经贸合作的视角,分析了北部湾经济区实施"走出去"战略的背景因素和效应取向及支撑条件,并提出了"走出去"战略的基本思路和路径。

Putting into effect of ＂go global＇strategy is a very important strategic principle during the new period of China, in order to further open up to the outside word and enhance the international competitiveness. The function of Beibu-Gulf Economic zone plays an important role in improving the ＂go global＂ strategy of China. From the perspective of China-ASEAN economic and trade cooperation, this article analyzed the background of Beibu- Gulf＇s implementing the ＂go global＂ strategy, orientation effect and supporting conditions, and then put forward the basic train and thought.
