Determination of zolpiclone in biology samples by gas chromatography-negative ion chemical ionization mass spectrometry

摘要 目的建立气相色谱-负化学源质谱检验生物样品中佐匹克隆的方法。方法采用Oasis HLB柱进行固相萃取,NCI-GC/MS检验。结果生物样品中佐匹克隆平均萃取回收率达75.8%,最低检出限0.01μg.mL-1,线性良好,相关系数R2=0.9989。结论该方法操作简便快速,提取回收率高,重现性好,提取物干净,可用于实际案件。 Objective To develop a method for determination of zolpiclone in biology samples. Methods The samples were extracted by using Oasis HLB solid phase extraction column, and analyzed by gas chromatography-negative ion chemical ioni- zation mass spectrometry. Results The mean recovery rate of zolpiclone in biology samples was 75.80%, the limits of detection was 0. 01/μg·mL-1 , and the linear correlation coefficient was 0. 9989. Conclusion The method is easy to operation, reliable and can be used in the casework.
