我国云科技专项规划适时出台带来重塑产业格局的重大机遇

科技部近期发布了《中国云科技发展"十二五"专项规划》,阐明了云科技的历史发展机遇和我国发展云科技已具备的条件;认为我国应在明确的目标下,在总体战略部署、关键技术开发和成套设备的研制上有所突破。届时,云计算将会在多方面获得进展。

Recently, the Science and Technology Department issued the twelfth Five-Year program planning about the development of China cloud technology, which put forward the main target sand tasks about the development of cloud technology in the future. At present, China has been actively promoting the application of information technologies in each economic and social field, using information technologies to optimize service format, innovate service models, and provide innovate social public services, which has brought huge potential requirements for cloud computing service of low cost and high efficiency. In addition, the industry foundation of cloud computing has not yet been shaped, and there exists window period for development. China has laid certain industry foundation, which could help to realize local breakthrough. In the period of 'the twelfth Five-Year plan', China will judge the trend of cloud computing technology and grasp the demand of economic and social development, focus efforts to solve prominent problems in cloud computing, strengthen the top design of cloud computing technology and standard system, make breakthrough in key technology fields, carry out R&D major equipment and core software, form the systematic solution, and guide relevant construction and promotion of cloud computing in China.
