农村公共品投资对农民收入影响实证分析

Empirical Analysis of the Effect of Investment in Rural Public Goods on Farmers'Income

研究运用1985-2008年的时序统计数据,采用协整分析法和格兰杰因果关系检验,实证分析了农村公共品投资对农民收入的影响。研究表明,教育支出对农民人均纯收入的贡献最大,其他依次是农业科技三项费用、电力、通信、农业基本建设支出;农村公共品投资在农民增收上存在规模经济效益;农业基本建设支出是对农民收入的再分配;农业科技三项费用、教育支出和电力支出对农民人均纯收入的增加具有十分重要的作用。

Using the statistical data of the years from 1985--2008 in China,this paper empirically analyses the effect of the investment in rural public goods on the income of farmers with co-integration analysis and granger causality test. The research results show that education expenditure has the most important contribution to the net income per peasant. The order of next is three items of expenditure on agricultural science and technology, electricity, communications and agricultural capital construction. The investment on rural public goods has scale economic ben-efit on the growth of peasants＇ income. Agricultural capital construction expenditure is the farmers＇ income redis- tribution. Three items of expenditure on agricultural science and technology, education expenditure and electricity expenditure play a leading role in increasing the net income per peasant.
