Research on Technology of BOM Modularization of Manufacturing Enterprise

针对制造型企业的现状以及在生产管理上出现的问题,阐述了BOM模块化的作用和意义,论证了制造型企业实施BOM模块化方案对生产计划执行的积极作用,研究了施行BOM模块化的特征以及实施BOM模块化的划分方式,探讨了BOM模块化的实施原理,描述了制造型企业BOM模块化实施中遇到的困难,包括企业内部和外部对此所产生的阻力。介绍了实施BOM模块化数据管理需要采取的措施;提出要贯彻BOM模块化数据管理,需要得到企业领导的支持和制度的保障,以及加强对特定人员的培训与考核。

In order to solve the problem of the low efficiency of the production management, this paper explored the current situation of the management of manufacturing enterprise, and caught the key point of how the unscientific way of the production management could take place. The paper analyzed the impact and the significance of BOM modularization, and told us how it could take an active role in production efficiency if we used the BOM modularization system to do the production management. In this paper, it presented the dividing pattern of the BOM modularization, and gave the scientific way that BOM modularization could be given out reasonably. It gave an effective program that we could make out the BOM modularization in a special principle. It also described the difficulties of the imple- mentation of the BOM modularization and gave the method of how to make out the plan of BOM modularization. It also gave the way of how we could get the support of the enterprise on making the BOM modularization come true.
