摘要
研究了γ-MnO2纳米六方片的磁性特性.通过水热自加压方法,合成了新颖的碟型γ-MnO2纳米六方片.使用超导量子干涉仪磁强计对两维的γ-MnO2纳米材料的磁性质进行了测试和分析.结果表明,在1.8K时,γ-MnO2纳米六方片表现出反铁磁性的特性,在78K的低温区,样品表现为由顺磁性向反铁磁性转变的特点.
The magnetic properties of y-MnO2 hexagonal nanosheets was studied. The novel hexagonal nanoplates structure of y-manganese dioxide was synthesized by a hydrothermal chemical method. The magnetic properties of these two-dimensional y-MnO2 nanomaterials were investigated by a quantum design superconducting quantum interference device (SSQUD) magnetometer and analyzed. It is observed that those two-dimensional y-MnO2 hexagonal nanoplates exhibited an antiferromagnetic properties at 1.8 K,and at the 78K of low temperature region, the magnetic properties of the products showed a transition characteristics from a paramagnetic behavior to the antiferromagnetic.
