Property Rights Economics Analysis and Measures on Development of Tourism

在旅游产业发展的过程中,旅游食、住、行、游、购、娱六个环节中,购物环节十分薄弱,同时景点开发方面偏离了旅游的长远目标,这是当前旅游业所面临着的两个主要问题。该文运用产权经济学的主要原理和方法对这些问题进行分析,并提出促进旅游业健康发展的对策建议。

In the development process of tourism, purchase is a weak part in the six parts such as food, lodging, line, wandering, purchase and entertainment, and the exploitations of scenic spots deviate the longtime goal of tourism, which are the two main issues being confronted. This paper analyzed these problems by using theories and methods of property rights economics, and put forward the measures promoting the development of tourism.
